Modified polytetrafluoroethylene gasket is a polymer compound obtained by polymerizing polytetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance (in addition to molten metal sodium, it is one of the best corrosion-resistant materials in the world). In addition to liquid fluorine, it can withstand all other chemicals and will not change when boiled in aqua regia.

The modified PTFE gasket bears stress and high elastic deformation after processing. This deformation is reversible, and it is cooled by low temperature. If reheated, the freezing forced high elastic deformation will gradually disappear and return to the original state. Teflon heat shrinkable tube is coated on other working surfaces to make the workpiece corrosion-resistant, electrically insulated and anti stick. It is widely used in chemical, printing, electrical and mechanical industries.

The modified PTFE gasket does not contain any adhesives or additives. It has strong chemical resistance; The special design makes the gasket have strong creep cold flow resistance to ensure the stability of bolt tightening force in the sealing process; It has good flexibility, compression elasticity and resistance. High and low temperature, no aging, self lubrication, etc; Soft and easy to cut, can be cut mechanically or manually, easy to install; It has unique consistent forming ability, without special pressure increase, which greatly prolongs the service life of the flange. Teflon, which compensates for the irregularity of the sealing surface, has reliable sealing performance and excellent air tightness.
